Job Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Job Duties:

  • Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy
  • Understand the company’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in class
  • Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences
  • Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics)
  • Define detailed product requirements, scope, ship, measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn
  • Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience running the full product life cycle for a new technological product
  • Must be able to interact with company stakeholders and end-users
  • Ideally a degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Have a good understanding of the market and a sense of market direction
  • Ability to become an SME on the company’s product lines
  • Broad understanding of networking technologies and protocols as they pertain to commercial AV systems, Streaming video protocols, video processing, and video distribution technologies, Ethernet networking technologies and protocols, and commercial AV systems integration.
  • Highly experienced in short and high-throughput product development cycles
  • Working with different stakeholders and marketing/sales teams
