Job Description:

The Marketing Manager/Director/VP will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring commercial marketing activities with key strategic partners alongside our dedicated team. The main objective of this position is to increase the long-term revenue, visibility, and overall performance of these partnerships. In this high-profile role, you will work collaboratively with our sales, and engineering teams to develop and execute your marketing strategy.

Job Duties:

  • Creating Go-to-Market plans, activities and actions that are align with company’s overarching objective, goals, and strategies.
  • Manage all facets of our strategy to address market challenges and optimize opportunities
  • Working with key strategic partners executing and marketing our joint partner solutions
  • Uncover and understand partner growth goals to attribute to marketing plans and activities
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with current and new strategic partners
  • Create and maintain dedicated partner portals, tools, and resources
  • Gathering metrics to measure ROI from marketing activities
  • Build and deliver reports that inform executive leadership and the sales teams on key marketing data regionally and globally
  • Understand and adapting to partner resource and deadline constraints
  • Understanding both the opportunity and costs of the partnership, for each side
  • Acquires knowledge of partner’s GTM channel, their marketing tools and platforms and marketing opportunities
  • Assumes/ensures accountability of joint promotions and campaigns and raises insights to channel marketing leadership

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years Marketing experience, with demonstrated success in driving partner/alliance marketing programs
  • 2+ years audio-visual and UC technology experience
  • Strong leadership abilities in managing, developing, and inspiring people
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience working with remote workers and marketing agencies
  • Ability to travel
