Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring commercial marketing activities with key strategic partners alongside our dedicated team. The main objective of this position is to increase the long-term revenue, visibility, and overall performance of these partnerships. In this high-profile role, you will work collaboratively with our sales, and engineering teams to develop and execute your marketing strategy.

Job Duties:

  • Creating Go-to-Market plans, activities and actions that are align with company’s overarching objective, goals, and strategies.
  • Manage all facets of our strategy to address market challenges and optimize opportunities
  • Working with key strategic partners executing and marketing our joint partner solutions
  • Uncover and understand partner growth goals to attribute to marketing plans and activities
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with current and new strategic partners
  • Create and maintain dedicated partner portals, tools, and resources
  • Gathering metrics to measure ROI from marketing activities
  • Build and deliver reports that inform executive leadership and the sales teams on key marketing data regionally and globally
  • Understand and adapting to partner resource and deadline constraints
  • Understanding both the opportunity and costs of the partnership, for each side
  • Acquires knowledge of partner’s GTM channel, their marketing tools and platforms and marketing opportunities
  • Assumes/ensures accountability of joint promotions and campaigns and raises insights to channel marketing leadership

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years Marketing experience, with demonstrated success in driving partner/alliance marketing programs
  • 2+ years audio-visual and UC technology experience
  • Strong leadership abilities in managing, developing, and inspiring people
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience working with remote workers and marketing agencies
  • Ability to travel
