💰 Base Salary: Around $100K

✈ Travel: Up to 50%

Our client, a respected player in the audio-visual rental and staging industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand their presence in the LED, lighting, and live event staging market.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the AV production, rental staging, or live events ecosystem and enjoys building relationships that turn into long-term business partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing new business opportunities within the AV, lighting, and LED staging industry
• Building strong relationships with production companies, staging providers, and rental partners
• Converting prospects into repeat clients and long-term partnerships
• Identifying sub-rental and event production opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to support client needs and project opportunities

What Our Client Is Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of Business Development experience

✔ Background in AV, LED, lighting, rental staging, or live events

✔ Strong industry relationships and market understanding

✔ Ability to build partnerships and grow regional revenue

💡 No existing book of business required.

This role reports directly to the National Manager of Business Development and offers the opportunity to work with a company deeply connected to the live events and production industry.
