Audiovisual Project Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Manager for one of the TOP AV Integrator to oversee multiple AV projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple AV projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans including scope, timelines, staffing requirements, and technical needs.
- Work closely with sales teams and clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Assign installers and coordinate project teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare project updates and reports for leadership and clients.
- Maintain installation supplies and ensure project readiness.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to evaluate project progress and support teams.
Qualifications
- Experience managing audiovisual or low-voltage installation projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AV hardware, systems, and installation practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Preferred:
- AV installation experience.
- AVIXA CTS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Project management certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
