Audio Visual Sales Executive – Commercial AV Integration (Onsite | Fort Worth, TX)

Our client, a trusted name in professional audiovisual integration for over 40 years, is seeking an Audio Visual Sales Executive based in Fort Worth, TX.

This is a relationship-driven sales position ideal for someone who excels at building client trust, solving technical challenges, and helping organizations bring their audiovisual visions to life — from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients onsite to understand their needs and develop creative AV solutions.
• Create high-level (80%) conceptual system designs before collaborating with the Design Team for detailed engineering.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships through every stage of the project.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Generate new business opportunities, particularly within churches, performing arts venues, and live event spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems from either an end-user or installation/project management background.
• Proven success in consultative, relationship-based sales — not just RFP or bid-driven work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Must be based in the Fort Worth or Dallas area and available for regular onsite client meetings.

Compensation

• Base salary: up to $120K (Depending on candidate’s experience)
• Commission: Based on gross margin performance; successful reps typically earn $200K–$300K total once fully ramped.
• Expected ramp-up: ~18 months to reach steady-state sales volume.
