We are seeking an experienced Lead AV Field Technician to join a growing Residential AV Integrator in Long Island. This is a foreman-level role responsible for leading a team of field technicians on large residential projects while ensuring quality workmanship, strong communication, and on-time project completion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of AV field technicians on residential job sites
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for project execution
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot residential AV systems (audio, video, control, networking)
• Interpret system drawings and project documentation
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and other trades
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain excellent attendance and professionalism

✅ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential AV installation and integration
• Previous experience in a Lead Technician or Foreman role preferred
• Strong knowledge of AV and control systems (Crestron, Control4, Savant, RTI, etc.)
• Solid understanding of home networking and Wi-Fi systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Long Island

⭐ Preferred:

• CTS / CTS-I or manufacturer certifications (Control4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron)
• Experience with large custom residential projects
